Any information you provide to us is kept confidential and only released to third parties with your permission. We follow the rules set out by the Information Commissioners Office (ICO)
Your Deposit is Protected
We realise that it is important for tenants to know where their deposit is and that it is easy for them to access when they leave the property. Which is why we are a member of the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) which means we do not hold your deposit it is transferred into a secure Government scheme and in the unlikely occurrence of a dispute an impartial body decides on whether there is a claim on the deposit.
As Landlords we take our responsibility seriously. The UK has very strict housing laws that ensure the tenant is kept as safe as possible. As a company we adhere to these laws ensuring that each of our properties has an up to date Gas Safe Certificate and that all of our properties are fitted with Smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide detectors.
As a House of Multiple Occupation Landlord we pride ourselves on providing the best safety features to all our house of multiple occupation properties. These include:
- Fire doors
- Thumb Locks to bedroom doors and exterior doors
- Smoke detectors in bedrooms
- Heat detectors in kitchens
- Emergency lighting where needed
- Fire extinguishers and fire blankets in kitchens
- Emergency fire windows
You make just one simple monthly payment which covers all of your utilities including gas, electricity, water, council tax & broadband. The only thing we do not cover is insurance for your personal possessions.
